RPSC Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) Syllabus 2026: राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग (RPSC) द्वारा आयोजित Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) भर्ती परीक्षा 2026 दो चरणों में आयोजित की जाती है —

  1. प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा (Preliminary Examination)
  2. मुख्य परीक्षा (Main Examination)

प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा केवल स्क्रीनिंग टेस्ट होती है तथा इसमें प्राप्त अंक अंतिम चयन में नहीं जोड़े जाते हैं। अंतिम चयन मुख्य परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर किया जाता है।

RPSC Assistant Prosecution Officer भर्ती प्रक्रिया निम्न चरणों में सम्पन्न होगी —

Assistant Prosecution Officer के पद के लिए प्रतियोगी (मुख्य) परीक्षा की योजना और पाठ्यक्रम

  • सहायक अभियोजन अधिकारी के पद पर भर्ती हेतु परीक्षा योजना में एक लिखित मुख्य परीक्षा शामिल होगी।

न्यूनतम उत्तीर्ण अंक

  • प्रत्येक प्रश्न पत्र में न्यूनतम 40% अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य होगा।
  • अनुसूचित जाति (SC) एवं अनुसूचित जनजाति (ST) वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को न्यूनतम उत्तीर्णांक में 5% की छूट प्रदान की जाएगी।
  • राजस्थान सिविल सेवा (भूतपूर्व सैनिकों का आमेलन) नियम, 1988 तथा राजस्थान निःशक्तजन अधिकार नियम, 2018 में विहित प्रावधानों के अनुसार भूतपूर्व सैनिकों एवं विशेष योग्यजन अभ्यर्थियों को न्यूनतम उत्तीर्णांकों में नियमानुसार छूट एवं रियायत प्रदान की जाएगी।
  • मुख्य परीक्षा के Paper-II (General Hindi एवं General English) का स्तर Senior Secondary (12वीं कक्षा) के समकक्ष होगा।

    questions are to be set on the unseen passage).

Part-C : Composition and Notice Writing

  • Paragraph writing (approximately 250 words).
  • Notice writing (approximately 100 words).
